If you wish to upgrade your Rok Box's primary OS drive, or if that drive fails, you can follow the below instructions to replace your primary NVME SSD.
First, if possible, create a Windows backup image of your current Windows installation, so that you may use that image to re-image your new OS drive with your current Windows configuration.
Follow instructions found here:
How to create a Windows backup image
Next, you'll need a new NVME SSD. If you are unsure of which drive to utilize, you may contact PCAL support.
Power the PC off.
Unplug your PC. Hold the power button down for ten seconds to discharge the system.
Remove the left-hand side of the case if you're looking at the front of the case if your system is a desktop PC.
If it is a rackmount chassis, remove the top-case from the PC chassis.
Locate and remove the heatsink that sits on top of the SSD. You can see it in this image:

Once the heatsink is removed, you can then remove the NVME SSD that is found below this heatsink.
Then, replace it with the new SSD.
Once this is all done, you can replace the case side, plug in and power on the PC.
Then, re-image the new SSD with the Windows image previously created using the instructions found here:
If you have issues with this process, please contact PCAL support.
