If your Rok Box's monitor output has issues, such as glitches, disconnects/reconnects, or other issues, there are a few things to try. 


Please try these troubleshooting options: 


1.  Run Windows Update. Instructions here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/get-the-latest-windows-update

2. Run Windows System File Checker, instructions here: How to troubleshoot corrupted Windows System files


3. Reinstall your graphics card drivers by downloading the latest driver pack for your GPU, which may be found here: 


https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/197601/en-us/

Download the driver pack and run it. 

When prompted by the installer, click the option, "perform a clean installation". 

Allow the installer to finish. 

Reboot the PC. 

Check if the issue persists.


If the issue persists, it may be necessary to remove and re-seat your graphics card.
