If you encounter a situation in which your display drivers are corrupted, or your display does not output to all display outputs on your GPU, you may need to completely remove and reinstall your display drivers.
Please follow these instructions to troubleshoot your GPU.
Use Display Driver Uninstaller to remove your GPU drivers.
DDU is an application that facilitates the complete removal of GPU drivers. It is more efficient than simply uninstalling your GPU drivers.
To do this:
Then run it the downloaded .exe application, it will extract itself to a new folder.
Open this folder and then run the display driver uninstaller application within the folder.
The application will open and present the DDU interface.
Ensure that the NVIDIA option is selected in the drop-down menu, an then click Clean and Restart.
The display driver will be completely removed from your PC.
Reboot the PC.
Now, download the latest Nvidia driver for your Rok Box. If you are unsure which GPU you have, you may utilize the Nvidia Experience application to automatically find and download and install your GPU drivers. You may find this application here:

Download, run, and install the application, then use its automatic search function to locate the latest drivers for your GPU.
This will reinstall the Nvidia display drivers.
Note: Depending on your configuration, your Rok Box may have a different GPU installed. If this is the case, please refer to your purchase order to identify your GPU, or contact PCAL support
Reboot again, and test for your GPU issues after having done so.
