Occasionally, the upgrade of your Windows operating system, particularly an upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, may cause issues with audio playback or recording in your DAW.

If this happens, we suggest a few troubleshooting steps:

First, perform the tasks outlined in these articles:

If the issue still persists, upgrade/update all your system/motherboard drivers by downloading the Gigabyte control center application:
https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Utility/GCC_24.07.02.01.zip?v=be51f3b11c8c00f81febb64e0d7027d9

And then use the driver update function in it to update system drivers -- you can opt to not install Norton Antivirus and other ancillary applications.

Then, update Intel drivers using Intel's driver update tool:

Finally, if the issue persists, check for a BIOS update using the @BIOS application from Gigabyte, downloadable from here:

https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Utility/mb_utility_atbios_B24.0130.1.zip?v=792b86971cbb961cea4086323e0aff75

Install it, and then run the application and opt to download and install the latest BIOS version available from the application.

Reboot the PC after these tasks, and test for the issue again.
