Windows 11 requires an internet connection to complete its installation when installing Windows cleanly for the first time on your hardware.

If possible, plug your PC into a wired Ethernet connection in order to proceed with installation.

If you cannot plug into Ethernet, please follow the next instructions to install the Wireless driver for your PC's motherboard.

Please download this file on another PC:

https://download.asrock.com/Drivers/Intel/WLAN/Intel_WLAN(v22.90.1.1).zip

Double-click the file to show its contents.

Move the folder called "Extensions" onto your USB thumb drive.

Once that is done, move back to your Rok Box.

Plug the thumb drive into the Rok Box on which we are stuck at the select network option.

Then:

- At the "Let's connect to a network screen":

- Press  Shift + F10 on your keyboard. This will open a command prompt window as such:

- Type explorer and hit the ENTER key. This will show the Windows File Manager in a new window.

-  In this new window, browse to the location where you have to files in your USB drive (located on the left-hand side of the Windows File Manager window)

- Look for a executable file  (normally install.exe or setup.exe)

- Double click on it to run it. Walk through the installation wizard.

- Once this process is done, you can click back to the network selection window in which we previously did not see an available Wi-Fi network. You should now be able to see a wireless network to which you may connect, enter your login credentials, and then continue with Windows setup.

You should now be able to continue with Windows 11 setup.
