If your Wifi is not operating on your Rok Box, there's a few things to try: 


1. If you are using Wifi that is built into your motherboard (with an antenna connected to the back connectors on the motherboard), please ensure they are connected, and that nothing is occluding the antenna. When in  doubt, disconnect and reconnect the antenna connections. 


2. If you are using a USB wifi dongle which was included with your PC, try moving it to a new USB port. 


3. Reboot your Internet gateway/modem/router. Most issues can be corrected by doing this.

Pay close attention to the section about turning wifi on/off, and airplane mode.
