Your Rok Box PC comes with a Windows repair USB thumb drive if you opt for this add-on when you choose your system configuration on our website.
If you opted to have a Windows USB repair drive included with your PC, you may use this thumb drive to troubleshoot your Rok Box if it has issues booting, crashing, and other troubleshooting options.
If you did not opt for this addition to your Rok Box PC, You may create your own Windows repair USB using the Windows 10 media creation tool, found here: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10 - if your system shipped with Windows 10.
If your system shipped with Windows 11, use the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool, found here: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
Run the downloaded application, and when prompted, opt to copy the installation files to a USB thumb drive.
You will need a thumb drive that is 16GB or larger, and all data on it will be deleted.
You may then boot from the USB thumb drive when booting your Rok Box to perform troubleshooting tasks.
