From time to time, you may see that your Rok Box runs into application crashes or blue screens, which can be due to corrupted Windows files.
If this issue arises, there are some basic tools to troubleshoot.
Check for Windows File system corruption:
Right-click the Start Button.
Click "Windows Powershell (Admin)", or "Terminal (Admin)", depending on the option you see here.
In the resulting window, type:
sfc /scannow
And hit enter.
Let the scan run. It may report that it found and corrected file errors.
Regardless of what it says, allow the scan to run, and then reboot.
Run Disk Cleanup to delete potentially corrupted or unused files:
Click Start.
Type: Disk Cleanup (The Start Menu will take text you type and find applications automatically).
Click the option to run the found application as Admin, or right-click and select "Run as Admin".
Select to run cleanup on the c: drive, and when the scan finds files to clean up, tick the box next to each of the items which can be cleaned up.
Click OK.
Let the cleanup run, and then reboot your PC, and check for issues again.
