To help troubleshoot your PC, we may request a system information report, which is a text file which contains information about your PC.
If this is requested by our support team, you may use the below instructions to generate this file.
1. Click START.
2. Type - "System Information" -- a found item will appear matching this name. Click it.
3. Click File/Export, and in the resulting popup dialog, choose a location to save the file, and give it a name, such as "system info XX" where XX is your name.
5. Save the file to a location from which you may easily recall it, such as your PC desktop.
6. Attach that text file to your trouble ticket which you have opened in our customer support portal.
