While not always needed, BIOS updates are occasionally released for your Rok Box's motherboard.
It is not recommended to update your BIOS unless you are experiencing an issue which may require a BIOS update.
If you need to update your Rok Box's motherboard BIOS, you may do the following:
First, identify the model of your motherboard, as outlined here:

After having done so, identify the BIOS version of your motherboard, as outlined here:

With these two pieces of information in hand, you may either search the motherboard manufacturer's website for a BIOS update, download, and then install this update by following manufacturer instructions, or, open a support ticket with PCAudioLabs for help by clicking here.
