Getting Started with OBEDIA is a Simple Process

  1. Create and Activate Your Account
  2. Select and Purchase Your Subscription by clicking here - Choose a Monthly, 3, 6, or 12 Month subscription
  3. After having purchased your subscription, you'll login to our support portal to open your support ticket. 
  4. Click here: "New Support Ticket" to open your support ticket with OBEDIA.
  5. You'll receive an email in which you'll be directed to choose your desired session time via our Calendly scheduling system. 
  6. After you've opened your ticket and selected your support session, your technician will call you on the date and at the time you've selected.

Subscription Plan Details

OBEDIA support is provided via a subscription-based system, in which purchasing a month of subscription time affords you 30 minutes per month. You may use this time in any way you wish over the course of your subscription period. 

  • You get all your minutes at the start of your plan.
    • Monthly - 30 Minutes
    • 3 Months – 90 Minutes
    • 6 months – 180 Minutes
    • 1 Year – 360 Minutes
  • You can purchase additional minutes at a rate of $0.99 per minute as long as you have an active subscription. 
  • Unused minutes expire unless subscription is renewed or active.
  • Automatically renews until canceled on the subscription schedule you choose. 
  • You may change or cancel your subscription by clicking here
  • You will be notified by email before your plan re-activates. 
  • Unused or canceled Minutes are not refundable and do not carry over if your subscription is cancelled.
