Getting Started with OBEDIA is a Simple Process
- Create and Activate Your Account
- Click Sign Up
- Activate your user account with Email Validation via email sent to your email address.
- This creates your account in our customer support portal.
- Login to the Customer Support Portal Here.
- Select and Purchase Your Subscription by clicking here - Choose a Monthly, 3, 6, or 12 Month subscription
- Book your support session with us by clicking to our online calendar found HERE.
- After having booked your session, your technician will call you on the date and at the time you've selected, and ask you for your Teamviewer remote desktop ID.
- To expedite our support for you, please download our remote desktop support application, Teamviewer, found HERE.

Subscription Plan Details
OBEDIA support is provided via a subscription-based system, in which purchasing a month of subscription time affords you 30 minutes per month. You may use this time in any way you wish over the course of your subscription period.
- You get all your minutes at the start of your plan.
- Monthly - 30 Minutes
- 3 Months – 90 Minutes
- 6 months – 180 Minutes
- 1 Year – 360 Minutes
- You can purchase additional minutes at a rate of $0.99 per minute as long as you have an active subscription.
- Unused minutes expire unless subscription is renewed or active.
- Your subscription automatically renews until canceled on the subscription schedule you choose.
- You may change or cancel your subscription by clicking here.
- You will be notified by email before your plan re-activates.
- Unused or canceled Minutes are not refundable and do not carry over if your subscription is cancelled.
